All of the products on our website are 100% original brand names. Some products are a result of affilaites to 3rd party websites. In such a case, the warranty for that particular product is under the terms and policies of the 3rd party website.

Shipping To The United States
UPS and United States Postal Service are our standard shipping methods in the United States. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey and will normally arrive within 4 - 5 business days.
Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.
Signature Requirements may be necessary for delivery to an Apartment, Unit or condominium.
Please Note: It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to provide us a correct address, if given an incorrect address (no apartment number or unit number) by purchaser and product is not return back to seller the purchaser will be responsible for the loss of the product plus shipping and handling cost.
Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
International Orders
We only ship within the United States and Canada. International orders are not accepted.
Returns
If you are unhappy with any item as long as it is in it's original condition with 14 days of the delivery date for a full credit towards an exchange of the purchase price. There is no refund/credit on any item (s) that has been used or is not in it's original packaging. No cash refund, no refund on credit cards, only credit towards an exchange(s) on the website, or catalog exchanges.
Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless it is our error in shipping.
Contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return. Please Note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number.

Include the packing slip and write the authorization number with your return on the outside of the box and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods. Send the package to the following address:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Orders returned due to wrong address given on order will be charged shipping charges again to resend. If customer would rather have a refund than having the order re-shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Because we fill your orders within 24 hours of receiving them, it is not very likely that we will be able to cancel the order prior to it shipping. If for some reason you placed an order you don't want, please e-mail to
immediately or call (732) 577-9017 to find out whether there is time to cancel the order. We will try to accommodate you but may not be able to in all instances.
